Software Sales Manager
BridgeWorx is seeking an experienced software sales manager. Reporting to the CEO this is a key role, with responsibility for all of BridgeWorx’s sales. BridgeWorx is about to enter a period of strong growth, launching a series of innovative software products that are expected to generate significant international sales. This role will provide the right candidate with an exceptional career opportunity to build and lead BridgeWorx’s sales function.
- Create the sales plan and deliver the company’s sales targets;
- Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure marketing and sales strategies are aligned;
- Build, develop and lead the sales team;
- Take BridgeWorx into international markets, using distribution & reseller channels where appropriate;
- Use the company’s CRM system effectively, and put in place best practice sales processes.
Skills and qualifications
- A demonstrable record of accomplishment in consistently meeting sales targets;
- Experience of and contacts within the network management or related software industry sector;
- Excellent understanding of sales and account management processes;
- Good at communicating with clients and colleagues;
- Experience of channel development.
- A natural team player, comfortable working with little supervision in a fast-growing start-up environment.
